Highland Solutions was founded to provide affordable 4G/5G mobile data services with nation-wide coverage. Our solutions have been deployed on fixed mobile and IOT products distributed globally.

In 2024 we started consulting service with customized AI solutions. At the heart of our consulting service lies a commitment to excellence, where bespoke solutions meet unparalleled expertise. With 50+ years of combined experience in technology and business management, we have worked with industry leaders including Microsoft, AT&T, T-Mobile, Volkswagen AG, China Mobile, Huawei, OpenText, etc.

Recently we have been busy building Gen-AI chatbots. In July 2024, we demoed our Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based chatbot at the LBSL Patient and Scientific Conference. LBSL is rare disease caused by genetic mutations. Our chatbot educates patients on the cause and treatment of the disease, and offers research capabilities for doctors. Our chatbot architecture is highly customizable. It can be easily adapted to different industries or use cases per your organizational needs.

We are also actively leading a genome sequencing analytics effort to redefine how we interpret genetic variations, and make insightful inference of potential diseases. Using reference data from National Library of Medicine and National Human Genome Research Institute, our data pipeline has helped biologists to analyze over 3 million human genetic variations. We are able to make accurate inference of potential diseases with patient genome sequencing data, and we are very proud to fight rare diseases with patients and the medical community.
